Restaurant – Provided complete web site redesign and code implementation for a local family-owned business using the WordPress platform.
Cost Plus World Market – As Program Manager, I oversaw the development team for ongoing site enhancements. our largest project involved a comprehensive site redesign and significant platform upgrade, and featured the integration of a customer loyalty program with a customized customer dashboard for rewards and promotions.
Disney Floral & Gifts – I managed the initial development and site launch on the MarketLive Platform for the Disney Floral and Gifts web sites. This involved managing a project team across multiple disciplines within my own organization, in addition to a complex set of stakeholders and third party vendors on the client side. The project included a unique user flow that allowed customers to purchase customizable sales bundles with specified delivery dates and locations across multiple resort locations.
French Toast School Uniforms – I was the project manager for a major platform upgrade and site redesign project. The site’s path to purchase was modified to provide end-users with access to their school-specific dress code, and offered optional customized monogramming. Along with the primary site, we developed an administrable system for creating affiliate-branded microsites.
Halter Ranch Winery – I served as the creative director and web producer for a site redesign and content management system implementation.
Skechers Shoes – I managed prototyping and design reviews, and directed the development team for the implementation of a hosted eCommerce search solution by Atomz.
