Managed the initial development and site launch on the MarketLive Platform for the Disney Floral and Gifts web sites. This was a very large project that involved managing a team across multiple disciplines within my own organization, in addition to a complex set of stakeholders and third party vendors on the client side. The site included a unique user flow that allowed customers to purchase customizable sales bundles with specified delivery dates and locations across multiple resort locations.

As Project Manager, I directed the development team for a major platform upgrade and site redesign project. The path to purchase was customized to provide end-users with access to their school-specific dress code, and offered optional item personalization. Along with the primary site, we developed an administrable system for creating affiliate-branded microsites.

Managed the client relationship on this site redesign from sales pitch to site launch. Worked with the client to evaluate and define a site architecture overhaul. Provided creative direction and managed the graphical designer, and assisted the team of client stakeholders with design evaluation and evolution. Built out the site content using Dreamweaver templates in Contribute, and oversaw integration and testing of the ZenCart eCommerce application.
